Hello,
How is everyone today? It is hot here again. Ugh, usually by mid-september we need our sweaters though. Something to look forward to. I got my sixth row finished. I don't have a photo though, my battery is dead and the camera is plugged in right now charging. Here it is up to the fifth row. I took this photo last week. I love how it is turning out. I am aiming for a whole strip of 20 squares per week. That still makes 12 weeks of work left. I would like to finish it before it gets cold though. Who knows, maybe I will devote the next rainy weekend to just the blanket and see what happens. How bad is it that I am already planning my next One-A-Day? I will wait until this is done. Promise.
It will be the one year anniversary of my blog on Sunday. I have a Giveaway planned. I will post more about it later this week. I can't believe it has been a year and how much fun this has all been.
Carole hosts a link party every Tuesday for her group, One-A-Day, on Ravelry. Go see what pretty things everyone is making. I will talk to everyone tomorrow.
Hi Kashi! I did not wait to start a second One a Day project and am glad now since I finished the first one. Now I can just move on with the other and it motivated me more to get the African flower blanket done which it is.
ReplyDeleteLove your granny blanket. It is moving along so well and will be done in no time. I bet you will not need 12 more weeks to finish.
Hugs from Holland ~

In Germany we say: good things need time. So it is. :-) I love your blanket and I hope too like Heidi, that you haven't need 12 weeks. Have a great time. Greetings from Germany.
