Tuesday's Tallies and My Biggest Ta Dah Ever!

Hello,
I finished my Grandala Blanket. I can't believe I got it done. Here it is.
I love it.
I absolutely can not believe I got it done before January was completely finished. That was my goal. Yea! The pattern came from Alice Best. I love her work, she is very creative.  So that is the end of my first One-a-Day project. GingerbreadGirl hosts the group on Ravelry and links all our posts together on every Tuesday.  I started and finished 5 projects this month and the Grandala Blanket, which I started 3 days before I posted the first time on my blog, was the sixth project I finished this month. It was a 5 month project. Not too bad for 288 squares. I think the sewing together may have been more time consuming than the actual crochet involved. Then those pesky holidays came and went and I didn't really work on it too much.
Remember the big box of Stylecraft I got in the mail a couple of months ago, well, I can now allow myself to do something with it.
I decided that I am going to make a granny ripple with it. It will be my new One-A-Day project. I figure one row a day should be just right. My lovely friend, Tracy, who was my Christmas swap partner with theWe Love Lucy group, also sent me two balls of it and two balls of Woolcraft DK. So I am all set. The only work in progress I have now is the Multi-stitch blanket. I am giving myself a May deadline for that. It is really big.
I was given the Versatile Blogger Award by Lucy 'In The Sky' and I need to do a post about that. I will do that tomorrow. I am really honored that she gave it to me. I love her blog.  I will talk to everyone tomorrow.
