Happy Labor Day!

Hello,

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday weekend. I meant to post last night and was so busy that before I knew it I was asleep the couch and had to get up and go to bed. We had a busy day yesterday. Autumn and I got up and went out to breakfast and then did a bit shopping. When we got home I tackled cleaning the kitchen and that took up a huge part of the day. When I was done with kitchen I cut my husbands hair. Then we made some chocolate chocolate chunk cookies for our tea party, Autumn used her allowance to buy a new tea set yesterday. After that I made dinner while Autumn and her daddy went out for a walk to go werewolf hunting, they do that almost everynight and it cracks me up. Once we had our dinner and the dishes were done I had some time to work on my One A Day project and to work on a sweater that I want to get finished today so I can get it in the post tomorrow. The sweaters are for my friends 5 year old twin daughters.  It was also cold here yesterday and again today. Hard to believe since it was close to 100 all last week. I am happy for the cool weather, fall is my favorite time of the year. All 3 of us have our birthdays and it is cool and crisp but not icey uet. The changing of the leaves is really pretty in this part of the country too and will start soon. I am still trying to figure out how to move the pictures so that they aren't all at the top of my post. I enabled new post editor but it doesn't seem to be working. I will deep working on it. I learn a bit more about this stuff everyday. See you all tomorrow, or maybe tonight if I get things done today.

  1. Hi Kashi, I'm not sure about Blogger, but with Wordpress I write something, download a photo, write some more then download another photo etc. or if you download a heap at a time, just click your mouse at the bottom right corner of the photo and hit enter a couple of times and you should then have a space under a photo, I wonder if that would work. You are a crochet wizz, I haven't attempted jumpers etc yet, in the 'too hard' basket. Thank you for your comment over at mine.

  4. Looks like a great time was had by all!

And good to see that you got to do some crafting as well, thats always a bonus.

I love the autumn, the leaves are starting to change over here as well as we have been having some very chilly weather. Just waiting now to start making lovely warming soups and some pumpkin pie (I love pumpkin pie - its not always easy to get the canned stuff so when I see it I buy quite a lot and store it up for when I need it!!)
